Crown collects the information needed to answer custom requests, operate the storefront, and fulfill orders. Payment details are handled by Shopify rather than stored by this website.

Inquiries

Information submitted through contact, team, and customizer inquiries is transmitted to Crown's email delivery provider. This may include your name, email address, message, organization, order needs, selected bat specifications, and any roster sheet you attach, including player names and numbers.

Do not include payment-card details in an inquiry.

Orders

Shopify processes checkout information needed for an order, which may include contact, billing, payment, shipping, and transaction details.

Shopify's own privacy terms apply to information it processes as Crown's commerce platform.

Site operation

The hosting and network services used to deliver the site may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.

A secure browser cookie is used to restore the Shopify cart. It does not contain payment-card information.

Optional tracking

Crown does not use optional analytics, advertising pixels, or session replay. Inquiry text, personalization, receipts, and warranty photos are not sent to an analytics provider.

Shopify, email delivery, hosting, network, and security services process only the information required to operate the storefront, deliver requested messages, and protect the site.
