Legal notice
Crown Bat Company is a sole proprietorship operating from Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Questions about anything below are welcome at info@crownbatco.com.
Wood is a natural material
Every Crown bat is turned from a single billet. Grain, colour, and finished weight vary slightly from piece to piece, and listed weights are nominal. Each bat is built to the length and weight selected on the order.
Play and safety
A wood bat is sporting equipment with a working life. Wood dents, flakes, and can break in normal play, including on a well-struck ball. Inspect a bat before each use and retire one that is cracked, splintered, or sounds dull.
Confirm that a bat meets the rules of the league or association it will be used in before game use. Crown does not certify bats to any league standard.
Warranty and returns
Contact Crown within 60 days of delivery to request a warranty review. Return and warranty requests are reviewed case by case under the Return and refund policy and the warranty policy published on the Crown website.
Pricing and availability
Prices, specifications, finishes, and availability are shown for the market selected at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Prices and applicable taxes and duties are shown at checkout before payment.

These terms and any purchase from Crown are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
